Our Story

Our founders built their careers on educating sovereigns, corporate issuers, investors and intermediaries on the benefits of depositary receipts (DRs) as an effective capital markets tool to expand distribution. Together, our founders helped bring to market some of the largest and most innovative DR IPOs of all time.

As demand for digital and alternative assets surged, we knew we had a unique opportunity to improve access and security in these markets. Receipts Depositary Corporation – or RDC for short – is the result of that vision.

Ankit Mehta

Co-Founder / CEO

Prior to co-founding RDC, Ankit served as the Global DR Product and Capital Markets Head at Citi, where he was responsible for managing relationships with issuers, investors and intermediaries. Ankit holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Bryant Kim

Co-Founder / COO

Prior to co-founding RDC, Bryant served as a Senior Global Product Manager for DRs at Citi, leading strategic initiatives and commercial deal arrangements. Bryant holds undergraduate degrees in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business.

Ishaan Narain

Co-Founder / CPO

Prior to co-founding RDC, Ishaan served as Global Product Director for DRs at Citi, leading new product development and strategic partnerships. Ishaan holds a graduate degree in Engineering Management from Duke University and is a CFA Society New York member.

Jason Leung

Former Global Head, Cumberland DRW

Jason is the former Global Head of Cumberland DRW, the largest OTC market maker for digital assets. He currently advises several firms in the digital asset space after retiring in 2019. Previously, Jason worked at several Wall Street banks in FX options. He holds an MS in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Satheesh Nanniyur

Group Product Manager, Google Search

Satheesh advises RDC on technology and product strategy. He currently works as a product management leader at Google, where he drives search and generative AI foundational platforms. Prior to Google, Satheesh held senior product roles at Salesforce and Yahoo, where he worked extensively in AI, private cloud data and more. These roles followed a successful engineering career, including as leader of HP’s Unix OS development. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
